- Joey Pelicano9 de febrero de 2026A really awesome idea for an action movie that received B-movie treatment. The fights were executed to the idea perfectly but the rest of the story and writing seems to suffer from classic action movie tropes. If this had received enough care in pre-production, it could have been something special.

It’s been a while since we’ve had a movie where a normal flawed dude reluctantly kick ass and gets the girl so it’s nice to see a perfect mixture of a quirky and cheerful version of John Wick with a touch of Kickass all over it. Even though the premise is pretty silly, the bloodshed throughout is more than enough to make up for it’s flaws. Don’t let this distract you from the fact that Jacob Batalon is in-fact 6’4 and looks like Jason Momoa.
