You will wander through a collection of realizations about what this movie is. Who it is making fun of. What it is saying or not saying about other movies that say or don't say important things about civilization's fall or the nature of humanity or something you forgot. But this movie isn't any of those things and it isn't doing any of those things. It just is what you thought it wasn't.

Without a doubt this needs to be watched more than once to understand what all is happening, but the runtime is too long so I don't want to. I love that Joaquin Phoenix is totally different here than in any other film I've seen him in. The 70's look like a crazy time.
