Hostage Ratings & Reviews
- Jase19904 de enero de 2026Excellent film with action from start to finish great twist to the plot in there too!! Fantastic!
- jackmeat5 de septiembre de 2025My quick rating - 6.6/10. Another recently added to the collection that I can pop on for background. I saw and rated this a while ago. Excellent thriller about a worn-out hostage taker (for once, not an alcoholic) played by Bruce Willis, who finds himself in a similar situation that had forced him out of his negotiator job years prior. Ben Foster, who played one of the bad guys here, does a really good job in his role that I had wished maybe a bit more explanation of his character would've shined. Still, I think the lack of backstory for him also leads to that mystery. The vast majority of this flick takes place in the house that becomes more of a home invasion, and they do well in making different parts of the home relevant to the story that is unfolding. Kevin Pollak plays the homeowner and father of those abducted, who also happens to be very wealthy. Since things are never what they seem, all characters involved may have more going on without spoiling anything. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't seen it before, so click below.
