Hell House LLC Ratings & Reviews
- Andrew B15 de marzo de 2026A well done and effective found footage flick considering the low budget, estimated at $25k. Legitimately creepy and unnerving at times, especially if you have a fear of clowns. The acting isn't spectacular but it doesn't have to be for what this is. This isn't Hereditary, Midsommar, or The Witch which I consider to be the pinnacles of the elevated horror genre and it isn't trying to be. If you haven't seen it, don't read reviews or plot synopses. Go in fresh, spoiler-free, and I think you'll enjoy it if you're a fan of the found footage genre.
- Ursula Muir15 de febrero de 2026A definite must for those who love found footage movies
- dexjjohn26 de enero de 2026Was in edge the entire time, came in with zero expectations and wasn’t let down.
- arjun raj11 de marzo de 2025I am an avid fan of the found footage genre and this didn't disappoint 👍
- Magnus Carlbaum21 de marzo de 2025Overrated horror flick. Not bad. Good effort. But not worth the praise it's getting from my fellow horror fans. To me, It falls short on one crucial point. I didn't find it scary.
- sleed719 de septiembre de 2025I've watched Hell House quite a few times, and this movie still stands out as one of the examples of found footage done right. While some secrets are left to the imagination, this movie gives you the creeps through a heavy atmosphere and scares in all of the right places.
- rg940020 de octubre de 2025I am going through movies on the Science of Scare list which measures movies on viewer heart rates and heart rate variability, and Hell House LLC held a very admirable position of 11 despite me never hearing about it before now. It's among some really good company, so I went in with reasonable expectations, but I left a little disappointed. The movie isn't super focused on lore or characters or plot or themes, it wants to deliver fright and that is its only goal. Unfortunately, the shaky camera at the heart of the found footage simply does not work in key moments. It is so chaotic that, for me, the climax was way more confusing than terrifying. The lead up to the climax works better because the movie leverages the haunted house setting to constantly have things in frame or around the corner with you trying to constantly discern if one of them is not supposed to be there. However, so much of the setup and conclusion to this movie fails to build that atmosphere or deliver a satisfying ending to it. The whole documentary framing story feels kind of like a pointless conceit, especially because most of the movie's runtime completely shifts into found footage with very limited interruption from the documentary itself. The actors are also not particulary engaging, and I never actually felt myself rooting for characters to survive. The movie also tries to throw in a little bit of lore, but it never really goes anywhere. Overall, I think this is a movie on a very limited budget that does deliver some excellent scares in its middle section, but it isn't able to keep it up throughout its entire runtime, making its beginning and ending less interesting.
- jamessa848 de noviembre de 2025This has to be the most boring and ridiculous so-called documentary I've ever seen. A complete waste of time. It is definitely a four thumbs down 👎👎👎👎
- jackmeat5 de octubre de 2025My quick rating - 5.5/10. These flix have been sitting in our Halloween playlist for years and are finally being viewed. As far as found footage goes, it definitely is one of the better entries in the genre. I do believe people get all worked up when a BWP-type flick doesn't completely suck, so they rate it way higher than it should be. I understand the why, but don't get carried away; this is the lowest end of a 6 you can get.
- Viola Benvenuti23 de julio de 2025Kinda cute, but the end was hard to me to understand
- Mohammad Faisal Noor17 de julio de 2025Too good to be true.
- AhmadAIR15 de julio de 2025I love this movie so much.
- pritishsarkar18 de septiembre de 2025Super eerie and creepy
- Vidya Vishnu30 de junio de 2025It's really the classic found footage horror movie with jump scares... nice one
- cuman_buatlogin_game14 de mayo de 2025Not really a horror movie fan. But I liked this. Nice movie 👍
