- Doc Worm30 de diciembre de 2025Attempts to be bigger and louder than the first film. In that regard- it mostly succeeds. It is however bloated and unruly. Things seem to happen a bit too conveniently. You’ll get whiplash from how quickly they move from one bombastic story beat to the next. Regardless of its many issues- it’s overall pretty fun. William Sadler doing naked tai chi in a hotel room was great. Oliver Wood’s cinematography paints the whole film in gritty shadow work that’s overall pretty pleasant to look at as well.

Plus, if you are like me and enjoy a "six degrees of separation" Chrisrmas movie list, this has a quick appearance by Leguizamo, which gives you the ability to spin off to Violent Night to wrap up a good Christmas shooter evening.
