I still think it’s a fun action movie with some great one-liners, stunts and effects, but the acting as expected, isn’t great and the audio mix is very bad.

I enjoyed this movie seen it many years ago when i was young. And it's still good as i'm older now. It is old and dated in most ways but still a very great classic film
- viktorsmi31 de octubre de 2025Perfect little flick to "let off some steam". Is it the best western action movie ever made? No, how can it be? This is one of the earliest entries in the classic 80s/90s action movies. You can play a drinking game finding all continuity errors and bloopers. But it's got a lot of charm, and it was a crucial milestone for later Arnold movies. Just relax and enjoy the punching sounds.

- Zokkiie21 de abril de 2026It’s basically a loud, ridiculous action ride that doesn’t care if it makes sense, and that’s kind of the charm. Everything is cranked up—lines, fights, explosions—and it just leans into it without blinking. You can tell everyone involved knew exactly what kind of movie they were making. At the same time, yeah, it’s pretty thin. Not much depth, not much to latch onto beyond the spectacle, and some parts feel unintentionally funny. But if you’re in the mood for something easy and over-the-top, it does the job. Just don’t expect anything more than that.
- Jeff20 de julio de 2025It's tempting to think of this as just "cheesy" or whatever, but Commando has a pretty deliberate sense of humor to it, at times feeling like it's trying to be a bit of commentary on the genre without overdoing it. Way more interesting to revisit than I thought it'd be, heck of a movie on multiple levels.

- beastwarking13 de diciembre de 2025It's so dumb, but at the same time, so great. More cheese than a stuffed crust pizza, chews scenery like cows do cud, and everyone hams it up so much they may as well have cast literal pigs. I love this movie.
