Very good script, very-very good script. The last was an absolute master work, just a snapshot of emotions that will stay with you forever.

Got a few chuckles out of me. It's not really a top funny movie ever. And the plot is the opposite of fresh. But it is a cohesive, impressive work. A dated, touchstone of cinematic history.

A timeless classic, there were some really funny gags although there were also a few alright ones that went on longer than needed. Oddly enough, some of Chaplin’s expressions reminded me of my Grandpa’s since he uses emotes to convey something due to the language barrier and his difficulty speaking. It goes to show that these silent films of Chaplin’s are universal as they can be understood by every single person on this planet. So much can be said with just a gesture, that final moment was really heartfelt. I need to make sure I watch the entire catalogue of Chaplin’s filmography soon because this kind of art is too special to miss.
