Watching it on tape made the whole experience feel even more authentic. The slightly fuzzy picture, the worn edges of the cassette and that classic VHS sound all added to the atmosphere. The movie itself was a wild ride: a space opera remix of The Magnificent Seven, packed with quirky characters, imaginative ship designs and effects that were clearly made with passion and creativity, even if the budget was tiny.
