I went in expecting a simple family comedy, but I ended up enjoying the warm heart behind the story, the catchy music, and the sweet dynamic between Dave and the chipmunks. It is playful and light, yet it has enough emotional moments to make the story feel sincere. The movie creates a fun atmosphere that makes it easy to smile and stay entertained. The three chipmunks bring so much personality to the film. Alvin is energetic and mischievous, always ready to cause trouble with a grin. Simon is thoughtful and calm, balancing out the chaos. Theodore is adorable, gentle, and impossible not to love. Together, they create a trio that feels like a real family with all the little arguments, jokes, and heartfelt moments that come with it. - Jamie Talbot27 de octubre de 2025I realised very quickly that this is technically a Christmas movie and watching in the middle of October felt slightly wrong. I don’t think people realise how much of an impact this had on kids. I still remember the songs they sang on the movie with them stuck in my head. And outside of the movie, all of the chipmunk remixes that got uploaded was crazy. Genuinely a huge cultural impact. But movie felt very watchable, half decent story behind it with lots of fun scenes throughout.
