Beetlejuice Ratings & Reviews
- christinav6113 April 2026I love this movie entertainment. I didn’t think I was gonna like part two but I did. It’s OK.
- joseph753626 January 2025Love this movie.
- 0 131 January 2026RIP Catherine O’Hara. The scene where she lips syncs and dance's to Harry Belafonte's "Day-O (The Banana Boat Song)" is iconic. Great actress. The first movie was a cult classic in the 1990's and early 2000s... I wasn't a fan of the second film but It's alright.
- GemsDoesWatch1 September 2025YES (best review ever)
- Zoey21 March 2026I would give it a five out of five since this show has been around for decades and the sequel of it match perfectly just don't wreck it
- Derek Stevenson29 October 2025Pure gold, will never get old
- mickerdoo11 August 2025Great cast. Cool effects (even though I'm not that big of a Burton fan). Keaton pulls this out of nowhere. Love Geena Davis.
- ProfSolon17 August 2025Great movies. Better than the second. But they are both good. I loved this show since I first saw it.
- James Saenz20 November 2025“if you don’t let me gut out this house i will go insane and take you with me!” roommate put this on under the impression that it was a musical because of all the clips he’s seen on social media. he was so pissed when it took 50 minutes to get to the first “song.”
- kjmcinty30 January 2026Rip Catherine
- Callum1 January 2026⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Beetlejuice – The strange, the morbid, and the perfectly unhinged. This was my introduction to Winona Ryder, and honestly, what an introduction. Of course, you can’t talk about Beetlejuice without mentioning Catherine O’Hara, Michael Keaton, Geena Davis, and Alec Baldwin. This film simply wouldn’t work without any of them. It’s one of those rare cases where every major piece clicks exactly into place. Keaton’s gravelly, manic Beetlejuice is iconic for a reason — pure chaos wrapped in pinstripes. Ryder’s sad, gothic outsider feels instantly recognisable, especially once she’s floating mid-song, while Davis and Baldwin play ghosts who are genuinely terrible at haunting in a way that’s both funny and oddly endearing. And then there’s O’Hara’s gloriously artsy, occult-obsessed mother, dialled up just enough to be ridiculous without ever breaking the spell. With a cast and characters like this, it almost has to be awesome — and it is. The film balances macabre humour, surreal visuals, and genuine warmth in a way that feels effortless. It’s weird without being alienating, dark without being mean, and endlessly creative. As a kid, my favourite detail was Beetlejuice’s tiny town in the attic — a perfect miniature replica of the real one below. That idea alone felt like an entire film’s worth of imagination crammed into a single gag, and it’s the kind of thing that sticks with you for life. It also rewards repeat viewings. A lot of the supporting cast pops up again in the sequel, so if you’re planning a double feature, it’s well worth keeping an eye out for familiar faces. This is Tim Burton at his most playful and most inspired — strange, stylish, and completely unforgettable. 🍷 A dark cherry cordial served in a chipped glass — sweet, eerie, and weirdly comforting once you give in to it.
- Nick D.18 December 2025This movie didn’t survive the time. It’s unwatchable now.
- Corndogette5 November 2025Camp! And a diorama!
- tellum19 August 2025I don’t even know how you come up with the idea for a movie like this but it’s funny and it works.
- Mortibus10 October 2024AdM : Un vieux film qui a traversé les années et qui est connu de beaucoup de monde.
