Quinn a její otec se právě přestěhovali do klidného městečka Kettle Springs v naději na nový začátek. Místo toho objeví rozvrácenou komunitu, která se ocitla v těžkých časech poté, co vyhořela cenná továrna na kukuřičný sirup Baypen. Zatímco se místní obyvatelé mezi sebou hádají a napětí mezi nimi vře, z kukuřičných polí se vynoří zlověstná, šklebící se postava, která chce město zbavit břemen, jednu krvavou oběť za druhou.

Eli Craig knows he’s like FIRMLY Gen X, right?
The Eric B. and Rakim song got me hyped!
Fully engaging. Phenomenal pacing and camerawork / stage direction.
Enjoyed the obvious American Elon Musk character.
The girls collectively going, “Oh.” was a delight.
Some good kills but others felt kinda phoned in. They coulda done more imo. Coulda been funnier, coulda done more with the subplots, but I enjoyed the hamfisted theme!
Finding a theme in Eli Craig films: great first two acts, weak third! Still a good time!
