Bubba Ho-tep vertelt het 'ware' verhaal van wat er werkelijk van Elvis Presley is geworden. We vinden Elvis als een oudere bewoner in een rusthuis in Oost-Texas, die jaren voor zijn 'dood' van identiteit wisselde met een Elvis-imitator, en vervolgens zijn kans miste om terug te schakelen. Hij moet samenwerken met JFK en vechten tegen een oude Egyptische mummie voor de zielen van hun medebewoners.

A great movie! It is just fun and funny. It is a good story - Elvis and the black JFK fight the Mummy. Bruce Campbell is the King of B-rate movies and plays the King. I recommend it to everyone - but not many actually watch it. That is a shame because it is really good. Most viewers give it 4.5 stars.
