Inhuman Resources

Inhuman Resources
Six captive office workers are literally chained to their desks by deranged former regional manager Thomas Reddmann (Redd). He assigns his 'human resources' the impossible task of proving his innocence or suffering gruesome consequences.

“I’m not a murderer. I’m a regional manager!”
I low-key loved this. Redd puts on his Masterclass in performance management and Tom Savini treats us to some eye violence….and a cameo. We get a splash of some whodunnit action and an overall pretty cool concept. On the downside, the film logic doesn’t really hold up too close scrutiny. I rewatched the opening and Redd was smiling maniacally in the opening elevator kill, when in reality he should have been completely horrified. Unanswerable question: Was Redd a giant asshole boss before this whole incident, or did this effectively turn him? Answer: I need a Redd prequel now. (Redd LLC maybe?)
Have to keep it short today, celebrating an early Christmas with some family.
