On Rotten Tomatoes, Rush Hour 3 has a 18% rating on the Tomatometer, but the Audience Score is over 63%. I've always thought this is an underrated movie. The action is great, the plot holds up, and there are several laugh-out-loud hilarious moments. Paris would not have been my first location choice for the franchise, but the French actors they cast are likeable and really funny. Chan and Tucker are in great form, as usual.
