When a faithful police dog and his human police officer owner are injured together on the job, a harebrained but life-saving surgery fuses the two of them together and Dog Man is born. Dog Man is sworn to protect and serve—and fetch, sit and roll over. Going in not knowing the Books, you can tell this is based on some pre existing history. Which doesn't take look to get up to speed with the characters. Very funny puns throughout the film! A great character arc for the main villain, I actually developed some tears. It's good when you find a Kids film that's not only funny but deep as well. Well worth a look of you're a fan or Good Pixar and Animated Films!
