After the stories of Jango and Boba Fett, another warrior emerges in the Star Wars universe. The Mandalorian is set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order. We follow the travails of a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic.

This is a difficult show to rate. A perfect first season, okay second, and disastrous third. Neither the second or third seasons ever convince me they needed to exist after the first season wrapped up so nicely. The first season came out right when hope for Star Wars was needed the most and my my did it deliver. But by the third season, it can simply be added to the pile of key-jangling, cameo-infested slop with most of the rest of the live-action shows.
