A merticulously paced story that highlights the significance of moments and being in the right place at the right time (or more importantly the wrong place at the wrong time.)
Your current existence will mostly be an out of focus blur when you look back but in there will be milliseconds you can pinpoint that went on to change you and your life.
It also is very clever in being a movie that involves politics while remaining apolitical.
