Starts off very sub-par similiar to the source material but gets absoloutely amazing towards the second half of the first season and only goes straight up afterwards, the second season might be up there with some of the most hype anime episodes of all time.
The show does not explore anything too complicated plot-wise but it think that is perfect for this sort of shounen story and the animation makes up for everything else.
