Round the Twist

Round the Twist
Tony Twist and his three children--13-year-old twins Pete and Linda and 7-year-old Bronson--move from the hectic big city to an old lighthouse on the rugged Australian coast and soon discover that the lighthouse, and the outhouse, are haunted.

I grew up with Round the Twist being broadcast on the BBC. While I don't remember really being into the show as a kid, nostalgia is a funny thing and it's great to be able to watch these all again. It's a brilliantly surreal and funny show that even kids today should be able to enjoy. Definitely one to get if you loved the show as a kid, and if I had children of my own I would raise them on imaginative shows like this instead of most of the junk kids are subjected to today.
The quality of the recordings is not too bad. A few flaws here and there, but so far nothing that has distracted from the enjoyment of the show. I haven't been through all the discs yet though, having only received the set today, so I can't speak for later episodes.
