Perfect Blue is a remarkable story of Mima's identity struggles and her decent into madness with situations spiraling well out of her control.
Throughout the film, you really can't tell what is real and what is not. It's only in the last 5 minutes that you really start to understand what really happened.... or do you?
I can't help but feel that Perfect Blue was well ahead of it's time.
