Miłośnik komiksów i Elvisa Presleya - Clarence (Christian Slater) żyje z dnia na dzień czekając na wielką miłość. Gdy poznaje Alabamę (Patricia Arquette), od razu wie, że to jest to. Alabama jest dziewczyną na telefon, a jej alfons to wyjątkowo wredny typ. Clarence pragnąc uwolnić ukochaną od mrocznej przeszłości, rozprawia się z draniem, przy okazji zgarniając walizkę kokainy. Zakochani ruszają do Kalifornii, by upłynnić towar. Tymczasem ich tropem podąża już FBI i ludzie mafii pragnący odzyskać swoją kokainę.

A team-up between Tarantino and Tony Scott was bound to be good, and this movie delivers and then some. Filled to the brim with memorable characters and scenes, this is one of the greatest movies from the 90's. Probably also one of the most underrated flics ever. A must see for any Tarantino fan or even any cinema lover. Christian Slater at the top of his game delivers his greatest performance ever. But pretty much everyone involved is awesome to watch.
