Aladeen is een rijke en meedogenloze dictator, die wordt gegijzeld. Hij wordt vervangen door een naïeve geitenherder, die als twee druppels water op hem lijkt. Met de hulp van Zoey, een mooie vrijgevige eigenaresse van een Zen Shop, probeert Aladeen zijn macht terug te krijgen. Hij moet koste wat het kost voorkomen dat zijn land in verkeerde handen valt.
