Everything you know about Alice's Adventures in Wonderland is about to be turned upside down in this modern-day mini-series. The cast includes Kathy Bates, Caterina Scorsone, Matt Frewer, Harry Dean Stanton, and Tim Curry.

Everybody gives it their all, but the story of Alice in Wonderland is actually REALLY boring when you remove all the fantasy elements. And thats what this is: some sort of Nolan-inspired Gangland version of the story of Alice, with small recognizable Wonderland hallmarks peppered in here and there so you go "Oh look I recognize that!" to flamingo-themed hoverbike, etc.
There's way too many superior Alice adaptations out there, including the bizarre two-night TV special from the 80s to even bother throwing this one into the mix.
