Bedeviled
When a group of teenagers receive an invite to download the latest smartphone app, an intelligent personal assistant, they expect a harmless way to get directions and restaurant recommendations. But the sinister nature of the app soon reveals itself, tormenting the friends by tapping into their darkest fears.

My quick rating - 4.5/10. Another in the line of installing this app, and it'll kill you. This one has little explanation of where the app comes from, well, in a logical sense. They just more or less mention the time frame and seem to forget to relate it to anything. Since the app seems to target the user's fears, apparently, the majority of characters in this flick don't like clowns. I am always up for scary clowns, heck, they even treated us to a red balloon, but this was no Pennywise. Had its moments, and they were really striving for jump scares, so if it is dark and loud, it'll catch you a few times. Overall, though, the plot is a joke, and the acting is fairly bad. Par for the course, really, but I have seen far worse.
