I can't appreciate this as much as some others, but it's undeniably a good film with great performances.

"Coffee is for closers!" Quite possibly the greatest movie about sales ever made.

Glengarry Glen Ross dazzles with razor‑sharp dialogue and powerhouse performances, transforming a pressure‑cooker sales arena into an electrifying drama that lingers long after the credits roll.

A biting take on sales culture that idiot sales people incorrectly interpret as a motivational guide. Desperation on film. So interesting that Baldwin's scene wasn't in the original stage play. It really is the best scene in the movie, but that's not to say the rest of the movie isn't great because it is. Shout out to the best shot of a BMW E31 ever captured on film too. Blink and you miss it.

    The best of James Foley

I don't know, I am confused, I like the acting, the realism, but I feel the story is just simple. Things are subtle, the dialogue is fantastic, but still the story seems like a miss. I got bored at a point. Salesmen says this is a very authentic story of office politics, I appreciate it, but it's cinema at least make it crafty, stylistic. Fun fact: I couldn't spot a single female in the cast, weird, right?

Outstanding. They don’t make movies like this anymore.

Easily the most quoted and memorable film on sales ever made. Mamet's dialogue is delivered by some of the most talented actors of our generation. I saw this theatrically first-run and watched as some audience members gasped at the language and called it "unbelievable." As a lifelong professional sales person, I can tell you it is 100% accurate. Do not miss this.
