Dang! I can't believe they are leaving us hanging like that man.. I started reading these books recently and noticed there was a show. And I was very surprised at how well done it was! The production quality is top knotch. It felt believable, and real. All the different locations they go to was stunning. Even the look of the trollocs was great! I'm not sure if I would still like this as much if I haven't been reading it first? But I'm mad there is not more. I thought they did a pretty good job at adapting to television and the changes they made to make it work made sense for the most part. Pretty cool.
I'm going to miss this show so much. I looked forward to my episode every night. Great story telling and character developments. Thought they ended it really well in a satisfying way. Glad I purchased the whole series. Deserves it.
Great tale! I like how they told this story. Using a future researcher to help piece together the story for us. This film told you nothing about what is going on. You just slowly piece together the plot. And those are my favorite kind of films.
The Secret Agent
Mr. Scorsese
Just cool to see this legendary directors story. Especially all of his different eras. It's amazing. All the ups and downs. He's just a great story teller.
I think this was well done. A lot of content to pull from and I think the way they went about telling the story was nice. Seemed to flow pretty well as we moved along.

The Ballad of Wallis Island
Adorable!
Simple, but effective. Felt good after and was cheesin' the whole third act.
Tim Key was the best. I just think of him as his character. No way that was only acting.
The Ballad of Wallis Island
Better Man
Little typical and cliche, but man, it was absolutley gorgeous! Some crazy shots and musical sequences. Very cool. Props to anyone that can get clean and live your life.
Better Man
Predestination
Crazy stuff, man! I feel like an idiot that I should have pieced it together. But I didn't fully so that ending hit me pretty good. So I'm kind of glad :)
I love sci-fi stuff like this and it just popped up one day and I thought I'd check it out! I love Ethan Hawke. And Sarah Snook freaked me out!
Park Chan-wook does it again. This one was a lot more silly and fun, but still having a deep theme through out about family and worklife and having 'no other choice'.
Genius script and some amazing framing and transitions here. I truly think he is a perfect filmmaker and continues to pump out amazing work that's fun and makes you think. Hope this gets passed around.
Was surprised at the depth of pain in this! A couple of shocking moments. Austin Butler did great and found myself invested in his story and path to freedom and happiness. Not even getting to that point, but just being able to start actually trying. Adorable cat.
Caught Stealing
A History of Violence
One of those films where you are just along for the ride. I realllllllly liked the ending. Just makes you sit in it and ponder. My favorite.
A History of Violence
Train Dreams
Fresh off the viewing and I'm absolutley stewing in it. I was needing a film like this that just lets you sit and feeeeeel. Made me happy to be a human and live this thing called life. I've been needing that lately with so many ways to distract yourself and stay busy. Something I need to work on. Lovely.
This really hit for me. It was everything I was hoping for. Obviously very gorgeous, and loved the theme of life and death. Living your life. Ending was nice and tied it in a nice beautiful bow for me. I freaking <3 Guillermo!
Frankenstein
Twinless
I've been hearing good things about this, and I finally felt like checking it out. It was great! Awesome story telling. And great acting. Dylan O'Brian was incredible. Some of his monologues and scenes were great. He literally felt like a real person. Great film. Still sitting on it and that's my favorite.
