This series thinks it's very slick, but I found the broad strokes to be a bit heavy handed and predictable. I found the technobabble to be surprisingly well-researched, if a bit surface level. DeNiro seemed to be a bit sleepy and not at his best in his role as Mullen. Besides him the acting was solid overall; the final twist was clever but the ultimate conclusion felt difficult to believe. A firm 6/10 from me.
