Životy dvou teenagerů se navždy změní, když kalifornský požár probudí děsivou nadpřirozenou bytost a přiměje ji zaútočit na dálniční zácpu pod hořícími kopci. Zranění v chaosu chlapce a dívku nevysvětlitelně přitahují k sobě navzájem i ke dvěma dalším teenagerům, které před šestnácti lety po jiném záhadném požáru adoptoval strážce parku. Za úplňku se všichni čtyři teenageři sejdou, aby odhalili tajemství, které je spojuje - kousnutí a krev vlkodlaka.

This first season had some cool ideas, and a decent cast with some better than average TV acting. I watched it for Sarah Michelle Gellar (Buffy the Vampire Slayer), but it's the young cast that makes the show work. I really wish it was renewed for another season or two. There was a lot of story/lore left to be covered.
