Pure ’90s teen comedy with a sci-fi twist. It’s cheeky, cartoonish and packed with pop culture references. While it doesn’t match the movie’s edgy John Hughes vibe, the show finds its own rhythm, especially in later seasons when the plots get wilder and Lisa’s powers go full genie mode. Revisiting a show that didn’t just adapt the movie, it captured it, then ran with it in every direction.
