In 2008, disasters beyond the common sense of mankind "super disasters" were occurring frequently all over the world. It was the work of the evil organization Neo Terror that plans to destroy the Earth. In order to counter the super disaster, the United Fire-Defense Agency gathers five young elite members and forms a special rescue unit Rescue Force.
