It’s a sophisticated scam in which they appear to offer a great deal on a mobile phone contract when in fact, the only person paying will be the victim. Rav, Nick and the Interceptors go head-to-head with the criminals to try to warn the victim before any money is handed over to the crooks. - The £900 iPhone Scam

Meanwhile, the team are on the road with the Metropolitan Police as they set about smashing down the doors of a group of number-spoofing scammers. - Your Visa Card's Been Hacked

But she is actually talking to scammers, and the only thing they are after is her money - but she won’t know that unless the Interceptors can get hold of her to warn her not to part with her cash. Meanwhile, ethical hacker Jim Browning gives chapter and verse on who’s behind some of the scam call centres he has hacked into, and how much money the people at the top are making from their crimes. - The Phoney Cancellation Form

What he doesn’t know is that he is really talking to scammers, and the cancellation form they are asking him to fill in is actually a fast track to giving them his hard-earned cash.
