Richard overrides his abrasive new assistant Fran in the choice of a respectable plaintiff for a "wrongful birth" claim. Simon and Amanda represent an anxious plastic surgeon accused of negligence while holding a "Botox party". Amanda's former lover appears unexpectedly and wants to pick up where they left off.
