Mannix is an American television detective series that ran from 1967 through 1975 on CBS. Created by Richard Levinson and William Link and developed by executive producer Bruce Geller, the title character, Joe Mannix, is a private investigator. He is played by Mike Connors. Mannix was the last series produced by Desilu Productions.

Although skeptical, Mannix follows up on the lead, and finds that the warning was accurate. He begins to investigate the woman's background to learn why she is a target -- and whether the psychic's claims were accurate or some kind of hoax. - The Gang's All Here
D5The Gang's All HereMannix shoots Red Dietz, a drug dealer and killer, dead in a shoot-out. Dietz was idolized by a local violent gang of juvenile thugs, the Nomads, who terrorize local business owners. The gang leaders decide to kill Mannix in revenge and as an initiation rite for a new member, whose late policeman father's memory has been unfairly tarnished.
