- MikefIix20. dubna 2026This story had a potential. Interesting setup on the ship, genius detective, strangely dressed assistant, mysterious murder. What could go wrong? The problem was execution. Characters look terribly generic, animation is choppy and the story was quite boring. That was one of the anime that I would easily drop after first episode, but by the end of episode one the detective is killed and brought back to life by his assistant. It was interesting idea. Well... a bit. For the last two weeks I was trying to get back to it but found myself always finding something better to watch and doing anything not to see the 2nd episode. At some point I decided. Why should I pretend it has potential when literally anything is better than this? So I gave up. Maybe I missed something and that is why my rating is 4 and not 1. Still not enough to see more than one ep.
