DecoyCaptain Baxter is asked to go undercover to follow a lead developed by a U.S. Treasury agent who murdered after gaining the information about a counterfeit ring. He travels to Los Angeles and attempts to follow counterfeit plates from one crook to another until they reach the head of the syndicate.
