Action is a plenty as most, if not every, episode has a bout with some sort of emergency response adventure. The cast is a smattering of good and bad actors/actresses, with some of the newer ones being the worst of all. If you need a fairly routine bump of action in your life but want to do other things while listening to the story, this is your show.
