Solomon Grundy makes his return back to Gotham to then find some quite notable events that happened in his mind. Riddler and Riddlette don't make nice with each other because of suspicious stuff going on in Gotham. Jeremiah Valeska, Scarecrow, and Black Mask prance around the streets to only find out Jim Gordon has not caught them.
