Evgeny Sannikov is a Russian theater and film actor. Born in the city of Vyatskie Polyany, Kirov region. After graduating from high school with in-depth study of foreign languages, he entered the Udmurt State University to major in linguist-translator (English - French). From the third year until graduation he played in the student amateur theater "Le Partisian", in performances in French. After training, he moved to St. Petersburg, where he entered the State Academy of Theater Arts for the acting and directing course of A. Proudin, graduating in 2013. In the same year, Evgeniy joined the troupe of the Maly Drama Theater of Europe. In cinema he worked with such directors as Kantemir Balagov, Roman Vasyanov, Yuri Moroz, Igor Tverdokhlebov and others.
Evgeniy is a heavyweight champion in hand-to-hand combat. He studied professional football. Plays the saxophone and trumpet. Evgeniy is also one of the organizers of the "Wonder Car for Children" charity project. The performance is taking place at orphanages, hospices and children's hospitals. The project is currently gaining scale, and an award-winning documentary film has been made about it. There are plans to organize this performance with a car in as many cities as possible in Russia and abroad.
