- macaronz30. června 2026Thimmarusu tries to be a fast paced legal thriller, but it definitely suffers from that classic issue where a movie tries so hard to twist the plot that it completely loses its logic. The film centers on a murder investigation involving corrupt police elements, where a lawyer takes it upon himself to uncover the truth. We've seen this 'whodunit' plot countless times, and this film offer little bit fresh. In an attempt to pack the narrative with as many twists and turns as possible, the story completely loses its plausibility, which really ruined the experience for me. I couldn't form any emotional connection with the characters, and the ending was pretty disappointing. The acting is decent enough, so it’s okay for a one time watch if you're bored.
