The Mandela Effect je sci-fi film, kde návrhář počítačových her Brendan (Charlie Hofheimer), truchlící manžel a otec, který je posedlý náhodnými fakty a událostmi, které většina z nás buď zapomněla nebo si pamatovala nesprávně. Dramatický snímek o muži, který se (v podstatě) pomátl po ztrátě své dcery. Myslel si, že to nemůže být tak jednoduché, vyvine silný názor na teorii, že falešné vzpomínky jsou ve skutečnosti součástí paralelního vesmíru, který existuje bok po boku s naším. Po chvíli začne zpochybňovat samotnou realitu.

    This move was amazing it really opens your mind up to what is really happening around us the fact that this could be possible the proof is in the pudding

    Pretty good movie. Does everything it promises to do, does it efficiently, has some really good "whoa!" moments, overall a pretty under-rated movie with solid acting from many people, including ones I don't recall seeing previously.

    Not bad for a mild twist/update on themes like The Matrix. More traditional Sci-Fi as there isn't an explanation at the end.

    The only "proper" movie that revolves around the Mendela Effect, that I've seen. It really makes good on that, believe me. The ending is laughable though, although the thought behind it is interesting.
