Shepherdson, který celou svou kariéru strávil sledováním Cassia a jeho soupeřů, žil až doteď v přesvědčení, že Cassius je dávno po smrti. Proto celkem neochotně přebírá případ po svém bývalém nadřízeném, Tomu Highlandovi (Martin Sheen), s touhou dokázat, že jeho teorie je i přes nové poznatky pravdivá.

- Jordan Jones18. března 2026A film that tries to be too clever for its own good that doesn't really land to put it lightly!! However is The Double the worst crime action thriller movie out there god no. Is it a watchable & fairly forgettable action flick sure, but it's a mid tier action flick at best nothing more nothing less. I can't see myself watching The Double again anytime soon, but in terms of ever watching it again it's highly unlikely admittedly, but never say never. I'll give it a 2.75/5 & a 4.75/10
- BEAULONEA15. února 2026This one starts at a snail’s pace and only slightly picks up speed near the very end. The story feels like it reveals the villain far too early, which drains much of the tension, though I can at least understand the choice once the final twist comes into play. Still, the slow buildup makes the overall experience feel dull, and by the time things finally get interesting, it was just too late to fully recapture my attention. In the end, the payoff doesn’t quite justify the wait.
