This movie is bonkers, with tons of hit or miss gags, and I found it kind of strangely fascinating. But the most insane thing about it is the soundtrack. Multiple Beach Boys songs, Oingo Boingo, Thomas Dolby, Split Enz and so many more actual songs. And Dick Dale performs on screen.
