Never underestimate the powers of a demon (an entity that is unhuman and never walked this Earth). The assumption is you're dealing with an entity like Astaroth as he is a deceiver with false knowledge.

This film is a mixed bag, but Sean Patrick Flanery’s performance is so glorious it practically becomes the whole show. He conveys demonic malice with unnerving authenticity. He’s twitchy, intense, and fully committed in a way that sanctifies material that might’ve otherwise felt damned. The story itself doesn’t always land, but watching Flanery possess the role with such conviction is enough to redeem it.
- Zaha Makhdoom18. dubna 2025This movie was so devestating, I watched it awhile ago but even now I cannot get past when he's just asking for his milkshake. The acting is so incredible. Usually when I watch things I find myself going "oh the acting is so good" instead of being fully immersed in the story but here I was so convinced like I felt bad for this character. His pain was so real to me. Only reason I can't give it 5 stars is cause I've never finished it, that scene of him breaking down over his last meal is just too much for me
