The story revolves around a puertorican group of circus artists, known as "La Comuna" (The Commune), that have to leave their creative headquarters. After years of growing as a team and putting up circus performances the group faces an economic, governmental and humanitarian crisis on the island, which leaves their land lord (the government) to sell their property.
