One day Evinrude smells big business when he learns that the engineer Addison has developed a revolutionary "dynamite engine" and steals it. Evinrude has big plans. To do this, he must first ditch his lover Margaret so that he can devote himself entirely to the young Ellen Wentheim, the daughter of the influential and powerful Colonel Wentheim.
