Chytrá, hezká a bohatá Emma má neodolatelný koníček. V milostných svazcích spojuje lidi, kteří by se sami asi nikdy spojit nedokázali. Trochu paradoxní je, že při suplování Amorovy role vůbec nemyslí na sebe.

    Best of all the Austen films. Mr. Woodhouse (Bill Nighy) is hilarious. Every scene in the movie is gorgeous. They have perfectly moved around scenes to tell the story and used the book's narrator to be used as dialogue. It's my favorite Period Drama/Comedy.
