Vánoční skřítek

Jako malého ho odvezli na Severní pól, kde ho vychoval táta skřítek (Bob Newhart). Ale Buddy (Will Ferrell) časem zjistí, že je jiný než ostatní skřítci. Aby našel místo, kam vlastně patří, vydá se hledat svého pravého otce do New Yorku. Právě zde se Buddy dozvídá, proč je jeho otec na seznamu zlobivých. Především ale přijde na to, že příčinou všech Santových problémů je nedostatek vánoční nálady a klidu. Buddy se snaží svému otci a celému světu navrátit vánočního ducha a pohodu, s čímž mu pomáhá půvabná Zooey Deschanel, která je Santovým skřítkem v obchodním domě. Podaří se Buddymu všechny přesvědčit, že Santa (Ed Asner) opravdu existuje?

- rvrside31. prosince 2025We had uncontrollable grins on our faces by the end, so I think it must have been good. I laughed out loud several times and the expected cringe was largely absent. I can imagine watching it again next year. It's certainly a Christmas film and suitable for everyone.

- ርልዪረ18. prosince 2025This was one of my favorite movies in 2003. Will Ferrell is brilliant as the Elf. The supporting cast is great too, especially Bob Newhart as his elf "dad". The characters are well written and it is a refreshing film to get lost in. Will Ferrell plays the elf with such innocence, he is so funny! This is not just a Christmas film but when the DVD comes out I will be watching "Elf" in July. The story progresses nicely, there are many lessons to be learned as you watch this movie. It touched my heart in many ways. I highly recommend this movie for kids AND adults, you won't regret it. Treat yourself and watch this "original" movie. Hollywood needs to make more like this.
