Uriel has been the number one lieutenant for El Tejano; however, Uriel's need for power and to have his own drug cartel causes him to betray El Tejano. Pacheco is a corrupt cop who works for the lieutenant in charge of the capture of the drug cartel's leaders. At the end, corruption, power, and greed that everybody wants will have a terrible price.
