- Andrew Clout4. července 2025Rewatch and has dated well. Clever and entertaining.
- Zokkiiepřed 2 dnyThere’s a genuinely good thriller idea buried in here. The whole concept of being watched and manipulated through phones, cameras and basically every piece of technology around you creates some pretty fun paranoia, and the movie moves along at a good pace. Shia LaBeouf is especially good and probably the main reason it works as well as it does. He and Michelle Monaghan make a solid pair, and the action has enough big chases and ridiculous set pieces to keep things entertaining. It’s just a shame the script is nowhere near as good as the premise. The further it goes, the more ridiculous the whole thing becomes, and the third act really pushes it too far. The actors aren't given much to work with either, so even a good cast can only do so much with some of the material. Still, I enjoyed the ride more than I expected. Very much a late-2000s thriller, for better and worse, but I think it’s a little underrated despite how messy the story gets.
- Richard Davis11. srpna 2026It's a fairly fast-paced, if unbelievable thriller. A real popcorn flick to while away a couple of hours, bit you need to totally suspend your sense of disbelief not to be distracted by some of the more extreme far-fetched parts of the story. How did Shia actually survive the final sequence?
