Jason Lee and Joey Lauren Adams are both great, and the whole cast fits the scruffy, dysfunctional atmosphere perfectly. It feels like a movie made by people who genuinely wanted to have fun with the material. It’s rough around the edges in the best possible way, giving it an authentic underground charm that fans of Clerks-era indie filmmaking will probably appreciate. Definitely an interesting cult curiosity for View Askewniverse fans.
